This deletes your app for good, straight away: every record, photo, receipt, login and your website. It cannot be undone, and we cannot get it back for you.

Download everything first if you want to keep a copy. HMRC expects you to keep your business records for years.

These go at the top of your quotes and invoices.

Your jobs and bookings, and renewal dates from your documents, in your own iPhone, Google or Outlook calendar. It keeps itself up to date: changes show within a few hours (calendar apps decide how often they look).

The link is private to you. Making a new one stops the old one working.

Bring in from a spreadsheet

Bookings from ResDiary or OpenTable, orders from Etsy or Shopify, or any list you keep. Excel or CSV. Rows already in the app are skipped.

Your appointments from Google, your iPhone, Outlook or your booking system, on Kerching’s Calendar beside your jobs. Only you see them.

Leads by email

Forward a lead email to your own leads address and it becomes a new job in your app, with the customer’s details filled in.

Face ID and fingerprint

Sign in with your face, your fingerprint or your phone’s own lock, instead of typing your password. Your face and fingerprint never leave your phone.

Phone notifications

Hear straight away, on your phone, when something happens. Untick anything you would rather not hear about.

Card payments

Let customers pay your invoices and deposits by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, straight from the link you send them.

Set it up once in your own banking app and your app stays paid for. The reference is what tells us the payment is yours, so please use it exactly.

Requests to us

Tell us what you need, in writing. We do not take phone calls, so there is always a record of what was asked and what we said.

Your website

A one-page website for your business, in your app's colours. It uses your business name, phone, email and address from Business details.

Anything you leave empty uses the words shown in grey, written for your trade.

Accreditations

Only what you really hold. Shown as badges near the top of your website.

Photos

The first photo is the big one across the top. Up to 12.

Reviews

Copy in your best ones, word for word, with the person’s first name.
